Sub-Recipients (SRs) are integral to the implementation of Global Fund-supported programs, entrusted with managing significant portions of grant resources. Through their engagement, sub-recipients extend program reach to communities, facilitate access to essential services, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of grant outcomes.
TASO Uganda is seeking Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to be SRs for the GC8 (2027-2029) Integrated HIV/TB and Malaria grants that shall commence in January 2027. The scope of work of a Sub Recipient includes coordination and implementation of program activities, working with CBOs, being accountable for grant funds and programmatic results during implementation. The SRs report to TASO periodically on performance of the sub-grant.
