The Uganda Country Coordinating Mechanism (UCCM) is the national body responsible for coordinating Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria programs in Uganda. Its key areas of responsibilities are:
Global Fund Proposal development and submission, Selection and replacement of Principal Recipients (PR), Oversight of grant implementation and Harmonization of Global Fund programs with other national programs on the HIV and AIDS, TB and Malaria.
The UCCM among other activities does resource mobilisation and proposal development.
