The Uganda Country Coordinating Mechanism (UCCM) for the Global Fund is inviting eligible consultants to bid for an assignment to assess the performance of its Principal Recipients. The study will review the effectiveness, accountability, and readiness of PRs ahead of the next Global Fund grant cycle. Proposals are due by 17th October 2025.
